VERO Amplify: MIYACHI
Born and raised in New York City, MIYACHI came to prominence for his ability to flow effortlessly in both Japanese and English and his knack for combining his sense of humor with deeper social commentary.
MIYACHI
After graduating high school, MIYACHI got his start in Philadelphia where he worked as an engineer and producer, hopping from studio to studio and building connections with Philadelphia’s deep rooted hip hop community. It wasn’t until he remixed the popular Migos track “Bad and Boujee” that he finally began to gain traction as a rap artist.
Since then, MIYACHI landed a breakout record with “Wakarimasen”, a bilingual anthem which hit #1 on the Japan charts and has also collaborated with Japanese legends such as MISIA, Radwimps, M-Flo, and Thelma Aoyama.
